As with most things related to fertility, your wife will probably freak out when she has to start medication, and there’s very little you can do or say to make her feel better about it. In fact, this might be one of the few times when my advice would be to downplay, or even ignore, the treatment rather than draw attention to it. It would be like if you started using Rogaine to grow hair, and every morning your wife asked you if you had any new follicles yet. Considerate, yes, but hardly what you’d want to be reminded of on a daily basis. Your best bet is to just trust she’s taking the pills and hope they do their job. Believe me, you’ll hear about it eventually either way.
